Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our team understands you may have unexpected changes in your plans, especially here in St. Lucia. We’ve built our cancellation policy to accommodate your needs and make our adjustments as seamless as possible.

Here is our full cancellation policy:

• All cancellations five or more days prior to your tour will receive a full refund

• All cancellations three to four days prior to your tour will receive a 50% refund

• All cancellations 48 hours or less prior to your tour will receive no refund

• No refunds will be offered for no-shows

If, for some reason, WE (Atvdirect tours ) have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund

CUSTOM GROUP ATV DIRECT TOURS

Group event is a custom group event for groups of 8 to 20 and more. We can work with you to arrange the perfect combination of activities. Every group event is “Custom” and can be set up to meet your client’s interests and needs.

LIABILITY WAIVER

A Waiver of All Claims, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement, must be signed before tour participation.

*Under 18 years of age must have their legal guardian/parent sign a the Waiver.

ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE?

No drinking, smoking or drug use at any time.

*In the event you show up under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol you will NOT be permitted to ride and you WILL be charged the FULL amount of the tour. No Refunds*
